I've seen those sets around and I have one by Rimmel in blue-black-white but it just makes me look like either I'm out for halloween or I haven't slept in like 10 days! Maybe need to go for a more muted colour palette :)
Definitely try this pallet then, its amazing and the colors all go together so well! Its pretty reasonably priced too based on the quality and amount, check it out at sephora or ulta if you have one around you
